Locally Stored Data: All energy records, action templates, and reflections you create are saved only on your device locally. We cannot access this data.
Health Data (Requires Your Explicit Consent): If you grant permission, the App reads sleep data from Apple Health via the HealthKit framework solely for calculating your daily initial energy level. We do not transmit or store this data anywhere else.
iCloud Sync Data: When you enable iCloud Sync, your app data is encrypted and synchronized across your own devices via Apple's iCloud service. This process is handled by and subject to Apple's privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used only to provide and improve the App's core functionality:
To provide energy management and statistics features.
To calculate time-based energy consumption.
To generate personalized data charts on your device.
To enable data sync across your own devices via iCloud.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data security is our priority:
Local Data: Stored within your iOS device's sandbox, protected by iOS security mechanisms.
iCloud Data: Encrypted, stored, and transmitted by Apple. We have no direct access to data on their servers.
We do not maintain, nor do we need access to, our own servers to store your personal data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third parties.
The only potential data processor is:
Apple Inc.: Acts as the cloud service provider, processing encrypted data only when you enable iCloud Sync. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

You have full control over your data. You can at any time:
Manage or revoke the App's access to Health data in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Turn off iCloud Sync in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud, or within the App's settings.
Use the "Reset All Data" function inside the App to delete all local records.
Delete all local data by uninstalling the App.
