How do I get an API key?
Get an API key from AI providers like DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen (Alibaba), or Zhipu AI. Visit their official websites, register an account, and you'll receive an API key. The app provides direct links to these services in Settings.
Is the purchase button not working?
First, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, it may be a temporary App Store issue - please try again later or contact support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you can still use the subscription features until the end of the current period.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your API keys are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to any server. All your question content and data remain completely private and under your control.
Why can't I generate lesson plans?
Lesson plan generation is a subscription-only feature. Free users can generate up to 3 questions per day and 10 per month. Subscribe to unlock unlimited access to all features.
